We provide practical, sensible and counselling support to victims. We do our best to direct them in the right direction for getting more help including getting help from the Police, escaping violence, social services support, prayer support and temporary shelter support. Our website provides a wealth of information which assist victims in gaining more understanding about the evil of domestic abuse, sexual abuse & exploitation, teenage domestic abuse & violence and we provide additional campaign resources such as leaflets, posters and general public awareness resources. It is very essential that:

  • You should call the police if you are a victim of domestic violence or abuse.
  • On average 2 women per week die at the hands of their partner in domestic abuse situations.
  • Between 2009 and 2015, 936 women were killed by men. Of these, 598 (64%) were killed by their current or former partners and 75 (8%) by their sons.
  • Domestic violence or abuse is not love. It is a crime! Flee from it as soon as possible!
There are many steps that you can take, but you may begin by:

  • Speak to someone confidentially and seek help on how to escape the violence and abuse.
  • Call the police and ask for help if your life is in imminent danger of serious harm.
  • Get counselling, emotional support, information and referrals for medical help if required.
Many women have the false belief that by being a nice wife/partner who pleases their abuser in every way, they can love him to change his abusive behaviour. This is self delusion! Your abuser will never change unless:
  • He recognises his abusve behaviour and get counselling help.
  • Abusers need help with anger management and to help them unveil the source of their anger/temper.
  • Keep im mind that two women in the United Kingdom die every week from domestic violence.
  • Offering your partner sex on tap and servitude will not end the domestic abuse.
  • Domestic abuse does not decrease once it starts, it often escalates in frequency.
  • Recognise that verbal, emotional, financial and sexual abuse are signs of domestic violence.
